Buried in sand on a job site, slid off the shoulder, or jackknifed in the rain. We pull trucks out without tearing up the frame.
Answering calls day & night across Miami-Dade and Broward.
A winch out is not the same job as a tow. The truck still runs, it just cannot get traction or cannot get back on the pavement. Done right, you are rolling again in under an hour with no damage. Done wrong, you bend a bumper, rip a tow eye or snap a frame crossmember, and a 20-minute pull turns into a shop visit.
That is why we look before we pull. Where are the hard points on your chassis, which way is the load sitting, how soft is the ground, and is anything hanging up underneath. On a loaded trailer the weight has to come off the low side before anything moves, or you just dig in deeper.
South Florida has its own ways of trapping a truck: soft fill on construction sites, swale shoulders that look solid until it rains, and loading docks with no room to swing. We work these every week.
Construction fill, swales, shoulders and yards that gave way under the weight.
Rollovers, jackknifes and off-road recoveries, handled with the right rigging.
Freight that moved in transit, uprighted and secured before the truck moves.

Call us before you try pulling it with a chain. One bad pull costs more than the recovery.
Usually not. If the engine and drivetrain are fine and you have only lost traction or gone off the pavement, that is a winch out, which is a much smaller job than a tow. We confirm it once we see the truck.
It can, if it is pulled from the wrong point. Trucks are built to be pulled from specific hard points on the chassis. We find those first and rig to them instead of grabbing whatever is reachable.
Yes. If the load has shifted we take weight off the low side or transfer it before anything is pulled. Trying to drag a loaded trailer sideways is how axles and landing gear get destroyed.
Yes, including uprighting and off-road recovery. Tell us what happened, whether anyone is hurt, and whether the load is hazardous, and we bring the right equipment.
Get clear of traffic, put out your triangles, and do not keep spinning the wheels — that only digs you in deeper. Stay out of the swale if the ground is wet.
