No. The X15 replaced the ISX from around 2017 and changed the aftertreatment and control strategy. They look similar and are diagnosed differently, which is why we keep separate pages for them.
A cracked EGR cooler is the classic cause on these engines. We pressure test and confirm the path rather than assuming, because the alternatives are much more expensive repairs.
